This is a rare error 2003 Irish 10 Cent Euro coin composed of brass plated steel with the design of a harp, traditional symbol of Ireland since the middle ages on the obverse side and a map of European Union and denomination on the reverse side.
The minting errors make the coin a unique piece. This rare coin has a stamp defect on both sides of the coin, errors in the rim of the brass ring, the line around the stamp pattern is not centered.
Obverse: traces of metal shavings under the stamp. Different shapes and sizes of stars.
Reverse: the presence of traces of metal shavings under the stamp. Different shapes and sizes of stars and lines.
Error: 2003 print error, stars print error (2', 3', 0's are different sizes/shapes) etc.
